We’re searching for a AMHS Senior Associate Engineer to be part of our Automation & Systems, AMHS & Support Department diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on
- Monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the operations of the Automated Material Handling System within a high-tech manufacturing or logistics facility.
- Monitor and support day-to-day AMHS operations to ensure smooth material flow.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on AMHS equipment (e.g., OHT, OHS, stockers, conveyors).
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in the AMHS.
- Coordinate with vendors or equipment suppliers for system updates and repairs.
- Respond promptly to system alarms or failures to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities and system issues.
- Support continuous improvement projects to increase AMHS efficiency and reliability.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during maintenance and operation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or the AMHS vendor.
- Rotating shift work, including weekends and holidays (depending on plant operation)

More about you
- Diploma in (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Ability to work at height using ladders mobile platforms and safety harness
- Basic knowledge of automation systems, robotics, or material handling equipment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems (internships or industrial training count).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a cleanroom or industrial environment.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts or weekends (if required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with semiconductor fab AMHS systems (e.g., Muratec, Daifuku, or similar vendors).
- Familiarity with SCADA, MES, or equipment monitoring tools.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
- Standing, walking, and some lifting may be required
