We’re searching for a Implant Equipment Senior Engineer to be part of our Diffusion I, Implant Equipment Department diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on
- To establish systems/guidance in sustenance and improvement of equipment performance indices to meet/ exceed operations goals
- Coordinator for Equipment Group
- Versatile in handling various equipment types
- Initiate, organize and lead taskforce for short term problem solving and long-term continuous improvement
- Perform shift duties to support production as requested
- Explore opportunity to improve COO, cycle time and Equipment reliability
- Lead/ facilitate CIT projects to set and achieve goals
- Establish systems and guidelines for intra/ inter-department activities
- Manage/ drive vendors performance to meet/ exceed equipment KPI, and SRS goals
- Forecast/ establish stock levels of spares and consumables to meet capacity demand, ensure equipment expenditures within budget forecast
- Train and certify equipment Engineers/ AE’s
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the work area
