What you will be working on
- Support and sustain process or equipment performance to meet operational, quality, and productivity goals
- Monitor key performance indices (e.g., process capability, equipment performance, SPC charts) and implement controls to ensure stability
- Troubleshoot process or equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in process optimization, yield improvement, and productivity enhancement projects
- Support new process, tool, or equipment start‑up, qualification, and release for manufacturing
- Perform shift duties as required to support production operations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, and other module team.
- Prepare, maintain, and adhere to technical documentation, procedures, and audit requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement programs and knowledge‑sharing activities
- Ensure good housekeeping, safety, and compliance with fab standards
More about you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Physics, Microelectronics, or related disciplines)
- Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced manufacturing environmentDetail‑oriented with a positive learning attitude
