What you will be working on

• To sustain and improve all processes and performance indices to meet operations goals
• Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
• Oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are met
• Improve qualified processes using quality improvement tools
• Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation
• Troubleshoot process issues, establish CAS, specifications for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes
• Oversee all SPSR, MRB, TECN status and follow-up actions
• Work as a team with both equipment and manufacturing Engineers to meet module objectives
• Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality
• Ensure productivity improvement through process changes, document, as well as implement process capability and work with equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment
• Start up new equipment processes which involve process characterization and development
• To perform shift duties when requested
• Organize and oversee training for AEs/Technicians to upgrade their technical skills

More about you

• MSc/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Honors Degree in Physics/Chemistry
• At least 4 to 8 years relevant experience preferred for Section Head Position
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good team player
• Good analytical skills
