We’re searching for a Senior Associate Engineer I, CVD Process Eng. (50701796) to be part of our Thin Film, CVD Process Eng. I Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on

  • To assist CVD process engineers in production line related activities to achieve operation goals
  • Perform shift duties (12 hours) to support production line related to CVD to ensure process integrity of tools for production
  • Monitor and sustain SPC (fine tuning of processes) to ensure quality of products meet requirements
  • Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
  • Obtains data of products affected by tool faults & dispose of products according to procedure within expected time
  • Obtains data of products exceed defects warning limits and dispose products according to procedure; Ensure suspected tool recover to baseline defects performance before release for production run.
  • Obtains, review and analysis defects and WAT data for products as per procedure
  • Provide proper and accurate pass down of line issues, outstanding tasks and document properly. Able to take over pass down and follow up on outstanding tasks diligently
  • Set up metrology recipes in respective metrology tools of thin film area and able to perform regular housekeeping
  • Ensure and follow good housekeeping and job safety practices when working in office and in fab area
  • Communicate with relevant parties during shift work and escalate in time at situation defined as per SOP defined
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
  • Participating in Transform Platform

More about you

  • Diploma in Microelectronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Chemical engineering, Chemistry & Physics
  • 3-5 years’ experience in front end semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Basic theory/knowledge, which should include at least two of the following
    • Wafer Fabrication Technology
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Disciplined and able to follow procedures strictly
  • Positive learning attitude
  • Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift (day/night) and work under pressure
  • Able to work in clean room environment
  • Clear and concise communication skills
