We’re searching for a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist to be part of our Marketing & Business Dev., Customer Service Support NXP Department diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on
- To handle customers’ demand forecast, order management, follow-up schedule and on time delivery to customer
- Review shipment and order intake performance in daily meeting
- Highlight order/shipment issues to relevant parties to take corrective action
- Demand forecast management (STP, MTP, RP); consolidate and analyze data
- Support project work related to Customer Service
- Coordinating to analyze order book status.
- Receive order notice and commit delivery schedule.
- Prepare customer review material (C/T, CLIP / CVP)
- Order shipment logistics arrangement
More about you
- Degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to act independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Self-motivated with resilience to handle setbacks and challenges effectively
- Able to handle frustration and setbacks effectively
- Leadership qualities such as leading, motivating, and developing others.
- Fluent in written and spoken languages
