We’re searching for a Senior Engineer, Characterization & Electrical Test (50702189) to be part of our Technology Development, Characterization & Electrical Test Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on

  • Have a strong foundation of CMOS and Bipolar device knowledge to perform device measurements
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics or six sigma
  • To set-up WAT (Wafer acceptance Test) program for NTO’s (New Tape-out)
  • To set-up and optimize WAT tester and prober recipe for production
  • Perform device characterization measurements both on WAT testers and Bench tools.
  • Interpret device characterization measurement data and work with process integration engineers.
  • Help set-up reliability measurements and interpret the data
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive test requirements.
  • WAT test operations
  • WAT probe card mechanism and PM know-how
  • Knowledge of WAT WPH (Wafers per hour) calculations and capacity needs

More about you

  • Bachelor/Master degree in semiconductor/electronics/electrical/Physics/Material engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • One year or more experience in WAT or Characterization
  • Good interpersonal skills in working with different cultures and multi continental teams.
