We’re searching for a senior equipment engineer to be part of our Operation/Diffusion 1 Department diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on
- To establish systems/guidance in sustenance and improvement of equipment performance indices to meet/ exceed operations goals
- Coordinator for Equipment Group
- Versatile in handling various equipment types
- Initiate, organize and lead taskforce for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement
- Perform shift duties to support production as requested
- Explore opportunity to improve COO, cycle time and Equipment reliability
- Lead/ facilitate CIT projects to set and achieve goals
- Establish systems and guidelines for intra/ inter-department activities
- Manage/ drive vendors performance to meet/ exceed equipment KPI, and SRS goals
- Forecast/ establish stock levels of spares and consumables to meet capacity demand, ensure equipment expenditures within budget forecast
- Train and certify equipment Engineers/ AE’s
More about you
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing environment. Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- High Vacuum maintenance experience
- Basic semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment/ process knowledge
- Able to interpret electrical/ pneumatic schematic drawings
- Team Player
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility
