We’re searching for a Senior Photo Equipment Associate Engineer to be part of our Photo, Equipment Eng. I Department diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on
- Perform shift duty to support daily manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Operating Instructions (OIs)
- Perform loading/unloading lot to tools, perform inspection/metrology measurements, point-to-point lot delivery using pushcart
- Take ownership and perform all necessary qualification tests on equipment
- Maintain the integrity of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Ensure a smooth flow of production lots from one module to another
- Utilize the appropriate functions in Computer Integrated Mfg. (CIM) systems
- Liaise with the appropriate personnel for proper disposition of wafers
- Highlight any problems or abnormalities in equipment or lots
- Ensure full and efficient passdown to the next shift
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety practice
- Lead or take part in continuous improvement projects
More about you
- GCE ‘O’/” A’ Level or equivalent (SPM)
- 1 – 3 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Fresh School Leavers are welcomed to apply
- Basic English proficiency - be able to read, write and communicate
- Basic knowledge of wafer fabrication operations
- Basic computer literacy
- No color blindness
- Good working attitude and proactive
- Work discipline and integrity
- Good problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Able to work 12-hr shift (Day and Night Shift change every 4 months)
- Ability to work in yellow light environment
- Ability to support handling of production lots of about ~5kg/pod
