We’re searching for a Technician II, Photo Process (50701906) to be part of our Industrial Engineering, Tool Productivity & Systems Department diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on
- To assist the process engineers in production line related activities to achieve operation goals
- Perform shift duties (12 hours) to support production line related to Photo to ensure process integrity of tools for production
- Assist Engineers in the fine tuning of processes for production
- Assist Engineers on project qualification lot follow-up and support excursion or line related issues.
- Assist in trouble-shooting process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold
- Monitor qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
- Assist Operators/specialist to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed
- Assist in implementing process improvement projects
- Participate project to improve productivity and output quality of the Module
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
More about you
- ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology
- 1-2 years’ experience in front end semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred
- Fresh diploma graduates with keen interest are welcome to apply
- Basic theory/knowledge, which should include at least two of the following
- Wafer Fabrication Technology
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA, Tableau Basic statistical, SPC knowledge
- Good ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Disciplined and able to follow procedure strictly
- Positive learning, self-driven and independent attitude
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift (day/night) and work under pressure
- Able to work in clean room environment
- Able to work overtime (day/night) during off-days when needed
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
