We’re searching for a Technician II, Photo Process (50701906) to be part of our Industrial Engineering, Tool Productivity & Systems Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on

  • To assist the process engineers in production line related activities to achieve operation goals
  • Perform shift duties (12 hours) to support production line related to Photo to ensure process integrity of tools for production
  • Assist Engineers in the fine tuning of processes for production
  • Assist Engineers on project qualification lot follow-up and support excursion or line related issues.
  • Assist in trouble-shooting process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold
  • Monitor qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
  • Assist Operators/specialist to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed
  • Assist in implementing process improvement projects
  • Participate project to improve productivity and output quality of the Module
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

More about you

  • ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology
  • 1-2 years’ experience in front end semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred
  • Fresh diploma graduates with keen interest are welcome to apply
  • Basic theory/knowledge, which should include at least two of the following
    • Wafer Fabrication Technology
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA, Tableau Basic statistical, SPC knowledge
  • Good ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Disciplined and able to follow procedure strictly
  • Positive learning, self-driven and independent attitude
  • Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift (day/night) and work under pressure
  • Able to work in clean room environment
  • Able to work overtime (day/night) during off-days when needed
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
